Cookie and privacy notice
Last updated 16 October 2026.
This notice is for visitors in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. It covers the UK GDPR, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), the EU GDPR, and the ePrivacy rules that apply in EU member states.
Kerfi (kerfi.io) is a private beta landing page. We do not sell personal information and we do not use advertising cookies.

Storage on your device
PECR and the ePrivacy rules treat cookies and similar storage, including local storage, the same way. Strictly necessary storage does not need consent. Optional cookies do.
| Name | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
| kerfi_cookie | Remembers whether you allowed all cookies or necessary cookies only. First-party. Strictly necessary. | About 6 months |
| kerfi.cookie.v2 | The same choice, kept in local storage so the notice stays closed. Strictly necessary. | Until you clear site data |
| kerfi.waitlist.v1 | Remembers on this browser that you joined the waitlist, so the form does not ask again. Set only after you submit. Strictly necessary for that feature. | Until you clear it or choose a different email |
Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working. Optional cookies would only be used to understand how the site is used. We do not set those unless you choose Allow all cookies, and we do not use advertising cookies. We do not currently load a third-party analytics script. Allow all stores that consent. Allow necessary cookies refuses it. You can change the choice above at any time.
The waitlist
If you join, we collect:
- Email, so we can write when the portal opens.
- Name, if you give one.
- Whether you are joining as a studio or a client.
- The date you submitted.
We do not collect your IP address, location, or anything about the browser beyond what the host needs to deliver the page.
The lawful basis is consent under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and EU GDPR Article 6(1)(a). You give it by sending the form, after reading this notice. You can withdraw it at any time and we will delete the row.
The row is stored in our Notion workspace, which is the system we use to read the list. Notion may process that data in the United States under its own terms. We do not pass the list to advertisers or other studios.
We keep the row until we have emailed you about launch, or sooner if you ask us to delete it. After that we delete it or mark it closed and remove the contact details.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the EEA you can ask for a copy of the waitlist row, a correction, or deletion, and you can restrict or object to how we use it, or ask for the details in a portable form. You can withdraw consent without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it.
In the UK you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. In the EEA you can complain to the supervisory authority in your country.
To use a right, send a note through the waitlist form from the same email, and say it is a privacy request. If you are not on the list, use the contact published on kerfi.io.
Children
This page is not meant for children. If we learn that a waitlist row belongs to a child under 16, we will delete it.
