Kerfi

Beta testing

The proposal, without the Notion login.

Kerfi is the client portal for work you keep in Notion. Clients read the proposal with no Notion account. Decks, contracts, and any other file you upload sit beside it. Public sign-in is not open yet — kerfi.io will be that front door when beta ends.

In review

The brief is a Notion page. The client reads it here, with no Notion account. The deck and the fee sheet were uploaded beside it.

Files

Notion · Proposal

A quieter identity and a site that carries it. Discovery in October, design in November, launch before the spring season. This text is the Notion page, shown without the workspace.

A sample of what the client sees. The brief comes from Notion. The other files were uploaded.

Before and after

From a shared link to one source of truth

Old way

A Notion link, then a pile of attachments

The client needs a Notion account, or you export a PDF and the page goes stale. Decks and contracts follow in email, and nobody is sure which file belongs to the brief.

With Kerfi

One portal. The page, plus everything else.

The Notion proposal is the source. Kerfi shows it to the client without a Notion login. PDFs, decks, sheets, and images you upload stay beside that page.

How it works

From a Notion page to a client portal

  1. 01

    Start from Notion

Write the proposal where you already work. Kerfi reads that page. You do not rebuild it in another tool.

  2. 02

    Upload the rest

Add the files Notion should not have to hold: a deck, a contract, a spreadsheet, a set of images. They travel with the proposal.

  3. 03

    Send a Kerfi link

The client opens kerfi.io. They read the proposal and download the files. They never join your Notion workspace.

Documents

Notion, and whatever else the work needs

The proposal can live in Notion. Kerfi does not stop there. Upload the documents that belong with it, and the client opens all of them in one place.

  • Notion page

Rendered for the client. They do not need a Notion account, or an invite to your workspace.

  • PDF

Proposals, contracts, and schedules uploaded next to the page they explain.

  • Deck

The slides that usually get lost in a thread. Same portal as the brief.

  • Spreadsheet

Fees, timelines, and asset lists. Uploaded as a file, not a shared database.

  • Images

Boards, stills, and references the client should see with the proposal, not after it.

Private beta

Bring the proposal and the files to the same page.

Kerfi is in beta testing. Studios and clients can leave an email, and we will write when sign-in opens on kerfi.io — for publishing a Notion proposal, uploading the other documents, and reading them without a Notion account.
